Research shows that people have several times more potential for growth when they invest energy in developing their strengths instead of correcting their deficiencies. Based on the Gallup Organization’s 40-year study of human strengths, they created a language of the 34 most common talents and developed the StrengthsFinder assessment to help people cultivate their unique Top Five themes of talent.

As a leader, you will also discover and explore how teams can capitalize on their collective strengths. In small group Coaching Circles you will find connection and collaboration with others towards becoming more resilient so that you can thrive during times of challenge.
