Discover and Capitalize on your Unique Strengths through StrengthsFinder® Coaching
Are you a professional looking to move up in your organization or are you in search of a role that brings you huge satisfaction? Are you a team leader who wants to gain an appreciation for how your team strengths can partner for more trust and productivity? Or are you a top level executive looking to set the stage at your next executive retreat for a more open, creative and inspiring strategic planning session? Understanding and focusing on strengths is the key to unlocking your potential and, for leaders, the potential of those around you. As a “Maximizer”, my greatest strength as a coach is to help you find the key.
What is the key?
Research shows that people have several times more potential for growth when they invest energy in developing their strengths instead of correcting their deficiencies. Based on the Gallup Organization’s 40-year study of human strengths, they created a language of the 34 most common talents and developed the StrengthsFinder® assessment to help people cultivate their unique Top Five themes of talent.
Discover your “Top Five Signature Strengths” through taking the StrengthsFinder® assessment and partner with a highly skilled, expert coach to begin exploring, recognizing the value of, and capitalizing on what you do best. As a leader, you will also discover and explore how teams can capitalize on their collective strengths.

People who understand their strengths and have opportunities to focus on them are six times more likely to be engaged in their jobs and more than three times as likely to report having an excellent quality of life in general.
From a leadership perspective, leaders who primarily focus on people’s strengths can actively increase employee engagement in the workplace. Studies show how easy it may be for leaders to impact disengagement, or create extreme negativity, that so often runs rampant in organizations:
|If your leadership primarily:||The chances of your being actively disengaged are:|
|Focuses on your weaknesses||22%|
|Focuses on your strengths||1%|
How might your professional life be enriched if you could tap into and actively find ways to develop and maximize your unique strengths? Or as a leader, what would it mean for your organization if you could actively engage and tap into the strengths of those on your team? Transforming Strengths will give you the key to opening up new, thought provoking conversations around exploring and putting into play strengths in the workplace.
