Carol Bonnafe-Bellini is the Founder of Transforming Strengths, LLC. She is an International Coach Federation Certified Leadership and Group Coach with exceptional abilities in helping her clients increase their self-awareness, become more competent in the areas most important to them, and thrive in times of change and challenge.
She is passionate about facilitating Group Coaching Circles designed to promote connection & collaboration, ongoing competency development, and greater resilience. Her “Becoming More Resilient through Strengths” Coaching Circle is designed to help small groups of 6-8 members develop their strengths and competencies in becoming more resilient through challenging times.
Carol’s professional background includes more than 20 years in various leadership roles in both Fortune 500 and smaller, entrepreneurial organizations.
As an ICF Professional Certified Leadership Coach, she has worked with hundreds of leaders from high potential managers to C-Suite leaders to help them evolve their impact as leaders.
Carol has a Master’s in Organizational Behavior, is a Georgetown University Certified Leadership Coach, and is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. In 2010, she became a Gallup Certified Clifton Strengths (StrengthsFinder) coach.
She founded Transforming Strengths, LLC in order to coach and empower people to discover their potential and transform how they use their strengths for maximum success in work and in life.
On a more personal note, Carol is fortunate to be able to spend time working with people and companies both in the United States and globally. Her home base is in the U.S. on the East Coast. During her personal time, she enjoys being out in nature or being near the water, traveling to explore new places, and spending time with family and friends. She is also a certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher through The Path.
