

Carol Bellini, MA, ACC Carol Bellini is the Managing Partner of Transforming Strengths and a leadership coach certified by the International Coach Federation.
Carol is passionate about empowering people to transform themselves by engaging in powerful coaching conversations that lead to enhanced self-awareness and focused personal growth. She works with leaders to help them discover how to put into action new ways of thinking, acting, and being that make a difference in their lives, the lives of others, and their organizations. Using a clearly defined coaching model, she works one-on-one with her clients to understand their current business issues, assess their strengths and areas for growth, identify actionable ways for them to enhance their leadership competencies, and help them achieve greater personal and organizational effectiveness.
Carol’s corporate background includes over 25 years in the field of Human Resources in both Fortune 500 and smaller, entrepreneurial start-up organizations. Prior to launching Transforming Strengths, she served for eight years as a senior leader for Stryker, a Fortune 500 leader in the medical device and services industry. Earlier in her career, she was the fifth employee of a start-up software development company where she quickly became Vice President of Human Resources and Administration by helping to build the business from a five-person operation to a global entity with major manufacturing customers across both the U.S. and Europe. Her unique understanding of leadership challenges, talent development, and business operations has enabled her to successfully engage leaders in coaching conversations that lead to intentional business outcomes and more effective personal relationships with others.
Carol is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Leadership Coach Certificate Program, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from James Madison University, and a Masters degree in Organizational Behavior from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is certified in delivering the leading edge 360 assessment, The Leadership Circle Profile™ for individuals and teams. Carol has also earned the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation.
In 2002, Carol became a Gallup certified StrengthsFinder® coach and has worked with over 500 leaders and individuals to help them identify their talents, build upon their strengths, and manage their work and relationships based on these key strength insights.
Carol has coached leaders in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer goods, technology services, and not-for-profit organizations as well as entrepreneurial business owners. She currently serves as a mentor with WOMEN Unlimited, a national resource for cultivating leadership excellence for high potential women.
